Tip for Submitting Resumes, Other Queries!!!
When submitting a resume via email, please name it something other than “resume.” More than half the resumes we receive are named just that or a variation, such as “PR resume.” The same for proposals, background information from suppliers and other queries (an attachment named “background” is tough to get excited about or refer to later).

If you want to stand out from the crowd and make it easy for us to connect your brilliant email to an impressive resume or other document, please use compelling subject lines and get specific in the file names, such as “Jane Smith PR Resume June 2008″ or “Intergalactic Newswire Services Price List” or “RFP for San Diego PR and Media Relations Program.” Much appreciated!
