Katelyn brings a fresh perspective to the role of account coordinator where she provides support to Gable PR’s diverse client roster.

Before joining Gable PR, Katelyn served as a freelancer writer since 2009 for local publications such as San Diego Metropolitan Magazine and North Park News where she covered many beats from restaurant reviews to human-interest topics. Prior to that, Katelyn worked as a life insurance underwriter for The Gibralter Group and is a licensed life insurance agent through the state of California.

In addition to her support role, Katelyn assists the team with writing, research and editing client stories the Gable PR teams use in media relation. Part of her research involves identifying industry trends to help generate creative story ideas.

Katelyn graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus on public relations and news-editorial writing.
